
Brandon is a consultant and trainer working in the field of cross-cutural management. Initially, he worked for 14 years in various positions for a utility company including the managing their emergency call centre. He then completed a full-time MBA at Leeds University Business School. For the last 6 years he has worked around the world on international youth expeditions, as project manager, and field researcher, and has just completed a doctorate thesis on cross-cultural management issues. His work and cross cultural research has taken him to Chile, Ghana, Nambia and Malaysia. He has also worked in Indonesia and the Philippines to lead a British Council youth programme based on the themes of culture, identity and leadership.
His activities now involve him in working with organisations in developing cultural diversity and cross-cultural management capability. In addition, he continues his research and academic publications.
Brandon is passionate about intercultural relations and enjoys travel, rugby, and running. He is married and has a young son.
