Sarah is an people development consultant with twenty years of business experience specialising in leadership and team development.  She has worked for large blue chip organisations in operational management, general HR and Learning and Development roles, and has also created, and managed, two businesses of her own.

Sarah has specialised in the field of Learning and Development for the last eight years.  Her roles within Learning and Development have included Leadership Development Manager for Aviva, which involved responsibility for international leadership and talent development programmes.  This included the management and business development of Aviva's unique leadership development programme for global high potential leaders that was based around a real project working with remote communities in Namibia.  She also facilitated international secondment opportunities as part of Aviva's international talent development programme, and was responsible for graduate development across the organisation.  All of these activities required extensive coaching, relationship management and influencing that she now uses to good effect in supporting client organisations to make lasting change to their cultures and businesses.

Since becoming an independent consultant four years ago, Sarah has worked with a wide variety of organisations - from small/medium enterprises, to FTSE 100 corporations - across a number of different sectors.  She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of leadership development programmes, team development solutions and service excellence programmes.  She is also an experienced executive coach.

Sarah strongly believes in the potential of all people and is passionate about working with people in a way that enables them to unlock and fulfil that potential.  She has a particular interest in working with people in a way that sustains behavioural change on a long-term basis and makes a real difference to their organisations.

Sarah is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is qualified in a number of psychometric tools, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Strength Deployment Inventory, Hogan Development Summary and Firo Elements.  She is a firm believer in ‘walking the talk' and with that in mind she places continual focus on her own personal and professional development
