Lynda has over 20 years’ experience of working in people development and change, as a coach, facilitator and counsellor.  Her background is in HR and consultancy, and her main focus is on personal and leadership development.  She has a particular interest in enabling clients to build effective relationships at work and manage conflict and disagreement positively.

As an executive coach, she works across a range of industry sectors including healthcare, finance and pharmaceuticals, coaching individuals and running workshops on personal effectiveness, coaching, influencing and political skills, and conflict management. Her clients include the NHS Leadership Centre, the Wellcome Trust, and Mansell Construction.  She has also worked with London Business School for many years as a tutor and coach, coaching on a range of executive development programmes and working with managers, and leaders, up to Board level. 

Lynda has an MA in Psychological Coaching, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and she is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments, including Belbin Team Types, NEO, Life Orientations method, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and OPQ, as well as being qualified to BPS levels A and B in Occupational Testing.  She is also a Relate Trained Couple Therapist and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Couple Counselling.  Lynda is based in London.
